How Consignment Works

Book An Appointment

Book a drop-off appointment via our calendar link. Please limit each drop-off to 50 items.

If you have fewer than 5 items, you may contact us to bring them in during regular business hours without an appointment.

Drop Off Your Items

Bring in your items, and we’ll review them with you. We accept items as our inventory and space allow, provided they meet our quality standards of being new or gently used and in full working condition.

Please complete the consignor agreement prior to your appointment (link here).

You’re welcome to set your own prices, or we can handle pricing for you.

Get Paid When Your Items Sell

We’ll tag, display, and market your items for you.

A consignor account will be created for you through Ricochet Consignment, where you can track your items and receive notifications when they sell.

Profits from your sales can be deposited directly into your bank account or used as store credit.

Grab your spot

We accept items that are new or gently used, clean and in working condition.

To best serve our customers, we are currently limiting intake of newborn to 6-month sizes and everyday brands such as Old Navy, Target, and Carter’s.

If an item doesn’t quite meet our quality standards, we’ll either return it to you or find it a new home through donation.

Please keep drop-offs to 50 items per appointment. If you have fewer than 5 items, feel free to stop by during store hours, in most cases, we can take them in the same day (though a message ahead of time is always helpful!)
